People of Portsmouth Drawings

These are recent drawings, they are more experimental then my previous works. I am enjoying adapting and changing the compositions as I draw them. The top drawing I decided to leave the dogs as outlines so the viewer is not distracted by them, you only see the basic shape and are able to fill in the gaps so your attention is drawn more to the female figure.
The bottom drawing has been done with graphite dust, it started out as an experiment but I liked the final composition, the girl becomes almost trapped in a geometric space, it is a totally transformed world.
